ROXTerm is a VTE based terminal emulator with tabs, profiles, and sessions.
It covers the same general ground as gnome-terminal, but exposes more control over colour schemes, keyboard shortcuts, URI handling, and tab behaviour, including dragging tabs between windows.
It also supports OSC 52 clipboard writing and can be installed as a regular desktop terminal outside ROX.

For the latest build, you can download the source from the GitHub project page, or read the official guide for current install notes.
On Debian or Ubuntu, the guide notes that up to date official Debian packages are not currently available, but the Ubuntu PPA may be compatible.
