VPN Terminal Tools

A virtual private network (VPN) carries traffic through an encrypted tunnel between two networks, so a remote machine can reach a private network or leave by another exit.

 

Terminal VPN tools build and manage those tunnels: writing WireGuard and OpenVPN configuration, adding peers and keys, printing a QR code for a phone, and showing which peers are up and how much data has crossed each one.

 

System administrators and self hosters use them on servers with no desktop, next to the rest of their networking and security tooling.
