colorstorm is a TUI tool for creating colour themes for Vim, Neovim, VS Code and Sublime Text.
You can import a JPG or PNG and pick colours from it for backgrounds, text and syntax highlighting. It also accepts hex, RGB and HSV values, so you can enter specific colours or adjust those taken from an image.
Drafts can be saved with their reference image in a JSON file and reopened for further editing. The same palette can be exported for several supported editors.
colorstorm is useful for those who want to choose their own syntax colours, try combinations from a favourite image or use the same palette in different editors.
