chroncal is an all in one calendar manager that can create calendar events visually, with tasks and journals inside of your terminal and runs both a CLI and a TUI.
The interface has a familiar calendar look from popular graphical calendar applications such Google Calendar or Apple Calendar and allows you to add events with recurring entries and supports multiple calendars to group separate events. It supports alarms with sound and desktop notifications and It can both import and export from .ical events via the CLI.
Additionally, it also supports syncing calendars with CalDAV with account sign in, either with Basic Auth, Bearer or Google OAuth and you can paste a calendar subscription link into chroncal. Once done it will subscribe and sync all calendar events from your account.
Developers and terminal users who want a minimal calendar alternative without using a desktop calendar may find chroncal very useful as a terminal calendar. It is cross platform and supports the essential features in most typical desktop or web calendar applications.
