rulc is a terminal graphing calculator with a command-line REPL and an interactive plotting view with coordinates.
It evaluates arithmetic expressions with built-in trigonometric, logarithmic and rounding functions in the input box. It can set variables and user-defined functions across calculations and the TUI can plots functions over selected intervals with the "draw" command and can display up to 5 curves on the same chart.
This tool can intersect plots with the "intersect" command and it locates crossings between two sampled functions and marks the coordinates on a chart in the history tab. The REPL prints intersection points as text and rulc can be scripted to evaluate a supplied expression or reads several expressions from standard input and prints their results.
Students and developers who use the terminal can calculate expressions, with rulc that comes with function graphs and a REPL to evaluate arithmetic in shell pipelines in the terminal.
