xytz is a TUI for searching, playing and downloading video or audio from YouTube and other yt-dlp-supported sites.
It browses channels and playlists, queues batch downloads and resumes unfinished transfers. It also plays streams through mpv and has download options if you want to select a different quality for your own needs.
It also features saved items, subtitle downloading, search history, cookie authentication, inline thumbnails and configurable themes keep repeated sessions organized.
