gitwig is a terminal Git client and SourceTree alternative for managing repositories, branches, worktrees and stashes from one workspace in the terminal.
It allows repository cards that can track status, groups and labels and it can refresh in the background and open detailed Git views. The client also searches code across tracked projects and manages branches, remotes, tags, reflogs and git sub-modules.
This tool has the standard expected Git features and can show Git LFS controls and usage statistics. If logged in to GitHub, it can show issue views, review comments and works with external merge-tools.
gitwig is useful for developers maintaining many repositories and need a git client that has a comprehensive overview of the Git repository, which includes pulling issues and pull requests from GitHub. It can be seen as alternative to tig or lazygit.
