oh-my-reddit is a TUI Reddit reader for following threads, subreddits and comment streams live in your terminal.
It requires a session cookie from first sign in from the browser. Once logged in, it functions like a minimal Reddit viewer showing visible upvotes. It can open subreddit lists or thread URLs, refreshes visible scores and has a RSS fallback.
Other features include live threads for a real time fetch of comments and posts along with queued comments, activity sparklines, and has optional AI features such as gauging sentiment of the whole thread. If running macOS, voice narration allows new comments to be read out loud as they arrive.
This tool is useful for Reddit power users who want to follow busy Reddit discussions from the terminal without needing to open a browser.
