tuicr is a human-in-the-loop code review terminal tool that lets you review diffs and pull requests in your terminal.

It shows all changed files in one continuous scroll, uses vim keys for navigation, expands hidden context between hunks, and supports file-level or line-level comments with types. Reviews are auto-saved and supports its own ignore file ".tuicrignore" which can hide noisy paths and exclude certain files from inculsion for review by an agent.

tuicr also supports clipboard export and can copy structured Markdown tuned for LLM feedback. It works in Git, Jujutsu, and Mercurial repos, and can target a commit range or revision set. It has a range of themes for selection, an option to export to standard output (stdout) instead of clipboard, and automatic VCS backend detection with Jujutsu as the first default.

For those who use AI agents and those who want one pass review notes to review the agents code before pushing the changes can use tuicr for that which can be especially useful during refactors and large code changes.
